At Lucid, our mission is that through technology, we create exceptional experiences to drive the world forward. Our Global Fleet Management department oversees the life cycle of all company-managed vehicles/equipment or leased, owned, and rental vehicles/equipment. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Services Analyst who provides critical support to Lucid’s Global Fleet Management operations. This role will support the day-to-day data entry and processing of the Global Fleet vehicle and equipment. In addition, the Fleet Services Analyst has the following skills: process inventory management, vendor management, on and off-road equipment, and fleet management. As part of Lucid’s Global Fleet Management department, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Fleet Services, and executes transfers and other processes to ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide data analytic support and project management for a broad scope of Global Fleet Management operations, including, but not limited to, asset management, sellable inventory management, budgeting forecasting, and enterprise system accuracy.
- Offer management and strategic support to the Fleet Operations Department and subsequent Internal Stakeholders when required.
- Responsible for providing strategic and analytical support, recommending fleet business processes to prevent, mitigate, and respond to stakeholder issues.
- Develop and implement internal operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and controls.
- Develop business cases for a wide range of Fleet initiatives to support department leadership and provide recommendations that will be applied across the organization. Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required/available data elements.
- Responsible for continued inputs of new equipment and status activities of existing assets.
- Ensure the continual integrity of Global Fleet Management department data.
- Responsible for continuously developing and administrating system reports – adapting to changing business initiatives.
- Input and retrieve data, creating tables and reports for cost analysis.
- Fleet maintenance activities such as work orders approvals and preventive maintenance tracking.
- Maintain fleet asset inventory database – location, technical data, registration expiration/renewals, etc.
- Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover fleet insights.
- Controls all leased equipment transfers and key point of contact for the fuel purchase program.
- Responsible for ordering telematics devices from Tesla’s vendor and ensuring units are assigned to equipment and entered into the system.
- Assist in transitioning the fleet to an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program and responsible for the maintenance of the program through constant review of the system’s activities.
- Initiate SAP requisitions for capital purchases, leases, telematics devices, fuel cards.
- Track and monitor all fleet licensing, permits, and insurance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in business management, accounting principles and practices, and enterprise systems (Atlassian, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
- Experience developing complex budgets, establishing internal controls, financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to analyze and compile fleet data and reports.
- Experience analyzing workflow and designing efficient business processes to review and recommend best practices continually.
- Experience with fleet database management systems to retrieve and analyze information to form detailed and comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks under short timelines.
- Administrative and analytical expertise to support Fleet Management business and financial decisions for sustainability planning.
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders in a professional and constructive manner.

Skills / Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A degree in logistics, operations, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Manage strong communicational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage fleet systems and tools.
- Understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle systems, technology, and compliance requirements.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
