What to Expect
As a Financial Services Lead Specialist, you will help manage Tesla’s North American Captive Operations. Along with acting as an escalation point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolios.
The right person for this job will be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. This position is located in our Hayward, CA office.
What You’ll Do
- Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to lease buyout requests, loan payoff requests, total loss processing, and transfers for growing customer base.
- Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions for customer escalations.
- Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems.
- Exercise independent judgment to problem solve complex customer issues.
- Analyze system issues reported by users and present workable solutions by identifying system enhancements, and documenting business needs.
- Daily monitoring of team metrics and performance with the ability to set individual and team targets and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of Financial & Productivity analysis.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective use of data analysis tools (Excel) to access and manipulate data across a range of database and information platforms.
- Experience with delivering analysis regarding team performance to leadership.

Expected Compensation: $20.80 - $52.80/hour, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
