We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead our Finance and Accounting team, overseeing financial reporting, transaction accuracy, and team management. The role involves supervising various segments of the general accounting function, including Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc., in compliance with GAAP and relevant policies. The position ensures seamless integration of data into systems, supports financial analysts' objectives, and guarantees precise compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data and revenue. Additionally, the role involves participation in annual audits, special projects, and maintaining accurate records of earnings, profits, cash balance, and other financial outcomes.

Oversee daily transactions including the management of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate and support audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Direct the maintenance of fixed assets schedules, reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts, and financial closing procedures.
Record fixed asset additions and depreciation, prepare accruals to meet anticipated liabilities, create general tax reports such as those for sales, payroll, and personal property taxes, and payable/receivables.
Help lead and supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures including the recording of manual journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in the development of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
Manage special projects, reports, and provide guidance to a team of accountants.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; accounting certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. A team player who highly values collective success and achievement of goals.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and excellent MS Excel skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Understanding of relevant accounting regulations, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
