At NetWorth Realty, we acquire distressed real estate from sellers and sell those distressed properties to buyers who purchase, renovate, and sell/rent/or owner-finance them. We specialize in the distressed real estate market, meaning we focus on looking at houses that are either in distressed condition or in a distressed situation. We strive to make the purchase and sale of the properties a win-win for all involved and focus on helping our agents to create a sales network for both sides of the business. With that in mind, this is primarily an outside sales position with a lot of time in the field coupled with some inside sales where we build our buyers network to sell the properties to. We feel this is the perfect sales job, allowing you to take full advantage of what you build.

Requirements:
- A current real estate license is required to start, but we are happy to interview candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license.
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in Outside/Inside sales
- College degree preferred
Details: Full Time; Outside/Inside Sales
Pay Structure: Commission, Bonuses, and Incentives
Income: 1st year OTE on average is $89,000.00
The income range is based on superior performance.
