We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Leasing Agent to support our talented team of property management! As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents/guests, touring the property, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, consistently, with a high level of integrity.
Floating Leasing Agent Essential Functions: Include but are not limited to:
- Residents/Guests Retention: You will provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents/guests. You will help engage current guests/residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase customer satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and minimize turnover.
- Leasing and Sales: You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the property by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents, and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.
- Compliance: You will also ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected. You will adhere to local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing.
- Floater: You will provide leasing support for multiple properties.
Qualifications: Include but are not limited to:
- You’ve “been there, done that”. We require a minimum of three (3) years of sales or customer service experience in a relevant industry.
- You have some credentials. We require a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You’re a great communicator. You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others. You have good presence when conducting onsite tours with owners, investors, and residents alike. You are organized and excel at administrative tasks.
- You’re energetic. You are a friendly go-getter who wants to help all your customers find their perfect new home.
- You’re tech-savvy. You’d consider yourself an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- You’re flexible. You are flexible to travel and work at different locations; evenings, weekends, and/or holidays availability may be required.
- You're on the move. You frequently walk the properties, climb stairs, and move/lift items (up to 25 lbs.).
