Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant at their Duluth office. The firm is experiencing solid growth and is looking to hire immediately. Position details as follows:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of accounting and tax experience, including individual tax return preparation (business returns a plus)
- Experience in reconciling bank and credit card statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and loan accounts
- Ability to maintain fixed assets, record depreciation, process payroll, and sales and use tax
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office Suite (training provided)
Ideally, this candidate embraces technology and works well in a collaborative environment. QuickBooks proficiency will be determined through testing.
