Addison Group is in search of an accomplished Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in deductions to join a thriving client in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable processing experience and a strong understanding of deductions. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or familiarity with large ERPs is highly advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position in St. Paul, Minnesota, offering compensation of up to $30 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure the prompt and accurate posting of daily cash receipts.
- Investigate and account for customer deductions, both Trade and non-trade.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, brokers, and customers to address deduction-related issues.
- Monitor customer aging balances to achieve KPI targets; directly engage with customers to resolve overdue amounts and rectify unauthorized deductions.
- Assemble deduction packages for approval.
- Manage the preparation and execution of broker commission payments.
- Process credit memos when required.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures while actively identifying and proposing improvements to streamline processes.
- Ad hoc Duties as assigned.
