This is a full-time, in-office position. None of our positions are commission-based or involve any cold calling.

Each Broker Assistant provides vital team functions:
- New and renewal account information gathering
- Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources
- Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
- Data entry into multiple internet-based systems
- Incoming call management for the team
We are looking for people with:
- 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Risk Management & Insurance degree
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
- A desire to learn and grow as part of a new and invigorated team
