Who we’re looking for:
- Accounting degree
- Pursuing a CPA
- 2-3 years’ public accounting experience
- Technical knowledge and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A working knowledge of firm products and services

What’s the job?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manages one or more client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each assignment
- Prepares time budgets
- Consults with the supervisor, manager, and/or partner on a course of action when unusual circumstances arise
- Drafts client reports with supervision
- Develops deeper knowledge and skills in technical field
- Builds strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels
- Performs engagement field work procedures
- Advises and coaches staff accountants on work to be performed and sets an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm
- Works as an effective team member to complete project components and engagement tasks
- Performs a detailed review of the staff accountant’s work to ensure quality thoroughness, documentation, and completion of engagement tasks within agreed timeframes
- Builds strong team relationship skills
- Actively pursues self-development
