SummaryThe FP&A team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We work hard to ensure growth is accurately projected and that our financial results are properly accounted for. We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can help assess the opportunities ahead of us and support all areas of FP&A. This position reports to the Vice President of FP&A and will be heavily involved in various finance needs of the company, such as data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Support the FP&A team in providing accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and analysis for consumption by the Executive Suite and other business leaders.
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes, collecting and organizing departmental inputs.
- Work independently on a variety of ad hoc and special projects that may include product costing, make vs buy decision making, return on investment review for capex spend, assessing the viability of new opportunities and many others.
- Potentially participate in due diligence exercises involving potential merger and acquisition targets.
- Have the opportunity to occasionally perform site visits for manufacturing, production, rental and service operations.
Required Skills And Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree concentration in finance, accounting, economics or business management.
- 1 year of experience in finance or strong internship experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the aptitude for financial modeling.
- Proficient financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to dive deep into learning Microsoft PowerBI which may include basic knowledge of SQL.
Working ConditionsThe work environment characteristics described here are those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time including overnight stays.

- Attendance – The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.
