Job Title: Comfort Specialist
Reports To: Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full time; Available as needed on some weeknights and weekends
Position Summary:
The Comfort Specialist finds and connects Residential clients to LBA services and equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Work to secure new customers through leads, cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets for LBA services and equipment
- Strive to meet sales targets and produce reports that demonstrate whether sales goals have been achieved. Goals will be reviewed each month during 1 on 1 with management.
- Negotiate P3 contracts and assist in coordinating the necessary documentation with the office
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
- Communicate customer feedback to management and customer service when needed
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues each week to management
- Attend networking events and outings
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation
Position Requirements:
HVAC Sales Experience
- Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to a changing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background
