This position reports to the Dudley Ventures leadership team in the Financial Reporting - Accounting and is responsible for the accounting of all activity for multiple entities, preparation of financial statements and conducting complex analyses.

Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting for multiple entities, including invoicing, bank deposits and payments, journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Prepare internal and external financial statements for review.
- Prepare and provide support for partnership tax returns and audited financial statements.
- Communicate with third parties regarding reporting to be received.
- Prepare entries for consolidating financial statement process.
- Participate on projects requiring analysis and knowledge of GAAP and income tax principles.
RequirementsRequired Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Ability to use various financial accounting software packages.
- Understanding of automated accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Familiarity with partnership tax returns is an advantage.
Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field and a minimum one year of financial service or public company experience.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
Pay Range InformationExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Salary Grade Maximum - Annual$86,300.00
Salary Grade Minimum - Hourly$30.27
Salary Grade Maximum - Hourly$47.42
