Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of related experience in accounting roles.
- Transactional level experience with some balance sheet reconciliation and journal entry preparation experience required.
- Experience in MS Excel plus ability to learn Sage Intacct.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving experience and initiative required.
- Non-profit accounting experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a mission-driven environment.
- COVID-19 Vaccination and yearly influenza vaccination required.

- Critical Evaluation: Ability to solve and analyze problems effectively and efficiently.
- Cultural Awareness: Demonstrates ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. Shows leadership and conflict resolution skills among people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Technology/Tools: Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Accounting and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and work efficiently within time constraints.
