Responsibilities- Proactively reviews and understands financial and operating results and partners with the leaders they support to interpret results.
- Prepares monthly reports for teams and divisions and is capable of delivering ad-hoc reporting and analysis with minimal direction from leader.
- Draws accurate conclusions and takes a proactive approach at sharing information with the teams and divisions supported.
- Identify, measure and track key metrics to effectively calculate the ROI of CHG’s strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for reporting, budgeting, and projecting capital expenditures for CHG.
- Actively seeks opportunities to become involved in projects and communicates status effectively.
- Demonstrates an understanding of key drivers that lead to an effective projection and budget process.
- Provides information, analysis, and recommendations for decisions that will support growth.
- Establishes relationships throughout CHG, particularly within the teams and divisions supported.

- Demonstrates strong understanding of current processes and proactively looks for process improvement opportunities.

Education And Years Of Experience- 2 - 4 Years work experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
Preferred- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,700-- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
