JOB PURPOSE:
Position is an analyst position within the accounting/finance department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will prepare and maintain external reporting required of the Accounting department, including but not limited to the annual report, Call Report, Federal Reserve filings, and reports for Board meetings, as well as internal reporting.
- Using the Syntellis Axiom software, the analyst will produce these reports and the annual budget.
- Assist in financial-related projects as needed.
- Process monthly allocations and funds transfer pricing.
- Be flexible to meet tight deadlines and travel to business locations as needed.
This position reports to the FP&A Manager and requires a degree in accounting. It may be remote and aims to provide the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3 years' experience in a financial institution.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
- Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
