Job Description
The Manager, Finance Systems will join the finance team in support of key planning systems utilized by Finance, Sales, and other operational functions to manage $5B+ in annual revenue. The role will be a superuser of all TVD financial systems while managing the daily maintenance of systems and recommending/executing upon strategic operational process improvements. This role will work closely with the Information Technology business support team to ensure consistent communication and a positive internal customer experience to all system users. The Manager of Finance Systems will report to the VP of FP&A and will also be responsible for working collaboratively across Finance, Information Technology, Sales, and Sales Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as finance support superuser for GlobalForce and other TVD financial systems
- Manage the daily support, maintenance, and continuous/sustainable improvement of financial systems
- Coordinate with Finance users to understand functional requirements and identify/develop solutions to solve business problems
- Serve as the liaison between Finance & Information Technology teams while developing and maintaining close relationships with all technology system leads
- Establish and build relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive improvements by designing, negotiating, and persuading business owners.
- Assist in implementing & testing innovative changes relating to finance systems process improvements
- Manage system input updates for film slate, box office & television series volume while maintaining master data across multiple systems
- Perform special projects as requested by management including identifying and implementing process improvements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated in Accounting and/or Finance.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
