As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for financial analysis including financial research, review, and documentation. You will join a high-performing accounting team in ensuring accurate financial statements by preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with various month-end closing processes. You will also be responsible for the calculation of various incentive plans including the administration and execution of a specialized commissions software.
Additionally, as a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will partner with the Financial Reporting team, as needed, in preparation of 10Q and 10K schedules, assist with fulfilling audit requests in a timely manner, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
In addition to the above requirements, you will be expected to build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
You will also have the opportunity to assist in new initiatives, special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned by the Finance Director and/or Controller.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience.
