As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the contractual and financial aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed within the budget and in line with contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a comprehensive project budget based on project scope.
- Manage contractual agreements and financial performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
