The HALO Trust - Scotland - Reporting to the Director of Capability, the Global Chief Technical Adviser (EOD & IEDD) is the organisation-wide lead on standards, procedures and training related to the disposal of explosive ordnance and improvised explosive devices.
The GCTA is responsible for leading and developing a group of international and programme-level specialists able to deliver high-quality EOD and IEDD training that conforms to the relevant IMAS qualification frameworks and national standards.
