Who we are looking forCandidate Responsible to support Issues Management lead in working with GCS SMEs, follow up and tracking status updates, issue closures, coordinate meetings with stakeholders and documenting result for Global Cyber Security.
What you will be responsible for- Liaison between Corporate Audit, ETRM, Global Technology Services Issue Management team and IT team.
- Support Assurance & Issue Management across Global IT.
- Coordinate and manage all regional audits (Corporate audit, legal entity/financial auditors, SOC, etc).
- Support risk initiatives/assessments around the identification and tracking of risk Issues.
- Audit items/Risk issues administrative support for Findings (entry, updates, trackers etc) Tracking, escalation on issues Evidence validation/challenge.
- Support within the Archer X Issues Management module workflow.
- Identifying Issues requiring escalation and working with IT Risk Managers to resolve these highlighted from Archer X, with regular reporting on Issues to stakeholders.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Over 3-5 years of Risk and Controls (Operational Risk, IT Risk, enterprise risk, Issues Management) and/or experience working for global financial institutions.
- Sound experience with risk and control monitoring and reporting activities.
- Applies administrative oversight and managerial skills to various projects and assessments.
- Experience with Archer is required.
- Experience in the financial services industry with good knowledge and understanding of information security and information technology.
- Project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment.
Additional requirements- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to the business needs.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various locations in an agile environment.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $115,000 Annual
