Responsibilities
- Conduct 2-4 in-person appointments daily for the purpose of purchasing properties.
- In cases where appointments are not pre-scheduled, take the initiative to generate your own using warm leads from our CRM.
- Promptly respond to and capitalize on sales leads.
- Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM system.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential home sellers.
- Seamlessly transition from phone interactions to in-person house-buying appointments.
- Navigate the local real estate market with confidence.
- Continuously engage in personal and professional development.
- Attend essential meetings and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage associated administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and negotiation skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of exceptional performance in sales.
- Experience in transitioning from phone sales to in-person presentations.
- Possession of a Real Estate license is considered a plus.
- A high School Diploma is required.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
