We are at the cutting edge of retail analytics technology, helping identify & facilitate drivers of performance and improve sales/profits from out-of-stocks, poor in-store execution, waste, markdowns and shrink. The successful candidate will work with one of our retail execution products, effectively using and improving this product, along with recognised analytical tools to drive client value and produce actionable insights.
The Insight Analyst will develop a deep understanding of the challenges we are addressing for our customers, their data and business processes, and our products. You will use this to derive systemic, actionable insight to ensure customer value is delivered and successful renewals achieved.
You will:
- Support the Customer Success Manager by being the expert on the customer’s data and the output of our products.
- Present insights, performance, and project updates to clients and internally.
- Exceed client expectations by delivering first-rate service and performance driving actionable insights.
- Leverage knowledge of data and products to derive valuable insight for the customer and continuously demonstrate value of our products (and ways to improve our value from product/service enhancement).
- Liaise with the Engineering and Product teams on any product changes/enhancements.
- Identify and progress business development and value enhancement opportunities through proof of concept trials.
Experience and qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role
- Experience of using analytics and data to drive improvements/solutions/profits/efficiencies.
- A creative and proactive attitude towards finding solutions and delighting our clients.
- Strong technical skillset including advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI.
- Knowledge of retail operations and processes (Desirable).
- Previous experience working within a Retail or FMCG company is advantageous.
- Experience working in a client-facing role.
