Baptist Health is currently hiring for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Team at our Baptist South location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a full-time day shift opportunity that will oversee Baptist St Augustine, Baptist South, and Nocatee clinic.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in the revenue cycle, registration, and insurance scope.
As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing plans, organizing, and implementing current and future strategies to bill customers, process payments, minimize bad debt, improve cash flow, and manage the overall health of the company's receivables. This encompasses both the institutional and professional sides of the revenue cycle.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the Health System as they relate to revenue cycle functions which include but are not limited to front office services, billing, collections, accounts receivables, and all patient financial services.
- Working with clinics or practice business offices on revenue cycle performance to meet short-term strategic goals and providing analysis and creating written guidelines, policies, and procedures in accordance with the implementation of all work processes as a result of thorough analysis.
- Developing strategic plans and programs for the Revenue Cycle team, ensuring that goals and objectives of the team are defined and established.
- Delineating, defining, and streamlining functional activities, ensuring effectiveness in maximizing the utilization of asset and people resources.
- Developing budgetary plans, programs, and guidelines to ensure the team's strict adherence to financial guidelines and requirements.
- Ensuring operating expenses are within the limits of budget plans and fiscal guidelines.

- 3-5 Years Customer Service Experience
- 3-5 Years Insurance Experience

- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) Preferred
- Certified Hematology and Oncology Coder (CHONC) Preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) Preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Preferred
- Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) Preferred
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) Preferred
