Job Title: Senior Living Solutions Specialist - Remote
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary:
As the Senior Living Solutions Specialist, reporting to the Vice President Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, chats, texts and building deep rapport with prospects through proactive follow-up resulting in scheduled tours, leveraging our CRM with clean data and maintaining a working knowledge of community services, amenities, special events and pricing.
Essential Duties include the following:
- Rapidly answer incoming calls, emails, chats, texts from new, prospective residents and their families
- Deeply connect with prospect or family member by quickly building rapport and asking engaging, effective questions
- Articulate benefits of community that meet the needs of the prospective resident
- Execute follow-up protocol using phone, text, email and video
- Achieve established tour and move-in goals
- Effectively communicate with community sales leaders regarding leads and tours
- Work with community sales teams to conduct routine lead reviews
- Stay current on all community information such as team members, features, amenities, services, special events, pricing
- Enter all customer information and interactions in CRM accurately, timely, and within the same day
- Promote company culture and values
- Ability to work on a weekend rotation
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have senior living sales experience
- Experience utilizing CRM
- Professional experience working over phone with customers
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to work weeknights and/or weekends
Travel:
Travel is not required.
