Are you at your mid-level of your career and looking to apply your experience to a new team? NCAB Group USA is seeking an Accounting Team Manager. This is a role that will require you to maintain the financial integrity of our USA division by accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining records and providing financial information to management in a timely and accurate reporting and managing our USA Accounting team. This position will be an "in-office" role due to the management and oversight nature of the role. Come join a growing and exciting business with a global reach.
What you will do:
- Play an integral role in month end close
- Review and check expense reports for verification
- Files timely financial reports to banks, management and tax authorities
- Manage cash flow via Accounts Payable and Account Receivable management
- Review accounts for errors, incorrect postings and consistencies
- Contract review
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Performs special projects as directed by management
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reporting and interacting with our finance team in Sweden
What you will bring to role:
- Strong history in month end closing, financial reporting, KPI reporting
- Experience managing sales commission plans and compensation agreements
- Strong history of financial statement analysis
- Reconciliation experience
- Audit and tax experience
- Management experience
- Payroll processing experience
- Provide a strong history and experience of working with peers to resolve issues with customers
What is required:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Administration
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
