Team or Function Overview

This is an exciting time to be a part of GAF, come join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs and strategies for Manufacturing.
Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst, Manufacturing performs various duties to help ensure current compensation practices are aligned with the Company’s compensation philosophy. Responsibilities include performing statistical analysis of both internal and external data to analyze trends and marketplace information. Responsible for managing/assisting with various compensation programs such as bonus programs and base pay administration. Partner with the HRBPs by providing support and counsel for client issues and assisting in the hiring process. Understand and identify business needs and translate them into a technical solution.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay programs
- Provide project management support for many compensation initiatives
- Consult and advise HR Business Partners on all compensation-related questions
- Provide recommendations by evaluating local markets and internal benchmarks, employee attrition, and business goals
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure
- Participate in annual salary surveys; gather current market data information and analyze trends
- Assist with modifying/designing new HR policies and practices as they apply to Compensation
- Collaborate with HRIS to ensure the integrity of employee and job data within Workday
- Liaise with HRIS to configure compensation-related business processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands

Under This Roof, We Require
- BA/BS in Business or Human Resources coupled with 5-7 years of HR Compensation experience.
- MA in Human Resources; MBA or CCP is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is required.
- Experience using the Workday HCM.
- Occasional travel as needed.

Annual Salary Range: 108,000-138,000
