Job Title: Staff Accountant

The Team: The finance team at Accuris is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights. The team values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration, working closely with various departments to support the company’s financial health and growth.
The Impact: As a Staff Accountant at Accuris, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your work will directly support the financial decision-making process, contributing to the company’s overall success and helping to drive innovation in the engineering community.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP preferred, but not required.

The Location: Denver, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days in office per week)
Compensation/Benefits Information: Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan, as well as comprehensive benefits.
