Position Summary:
The Accounting Manager responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs to process business transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Review and post weekly, biweekly, and monthly invoices for accounts receivable and manage collections for payments.
- Perform daily and monthly bank statement reconciliations.
- Help with EOM to prepare for financials.
- Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Answer accounting questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Skills and Abilities:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. College or University degree preferred or years of service equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a related experience.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Outlook.
