Requirements
- Provide a broad range of support and services to internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Review and validate business requirements including site documentation, site setup, configuration tasks, and custom reporting tools.
- Monitor development and help facilitate implementations while avoiding unintended downstream consequences as a result of changes or enhancements.
- Support the PMO’s development and maintenance of common processes, procedures, and documentation across all Programs/Projects to ensure strategic business initiatives are being incorporated into day-to-day business activities.
- Analyze business processes across all DOMA’s Programs and Projects and identify and suggest improvements via process re-engineering or automation via technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the DX, with an in-depth understanding of how our customers can best utilize the platform.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, access controls, and permissions within DOMA’s offered platforms, in accordance with company policies and best security practices.
- Create standard operating procedures related to operational processes in our technical environment.
- Perform or assist with customer demos and training.
- This position will work closely with Operations, IT/DEV, and Conversion to provide Program/Project support to existing customers whenever a customers’ existing scope expands, or quality/technical issues arise.
- Partner with stakeholders on the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of business process changes to improve business outcomes. Support implementation and evaluation of business process changes or a portion of a larger initiative.
- Act as the primary interface between existing customers and IT/Dev on all issues related to DX application issues, concerns, or client requests for new, revised, or improved technology requests.
- Analyze business processes of both new and existing customers and map those processes to services within our cloud SaaS platform, the DOMA Experience (DX).
- Serve as an escalation point if an issue rises above tier I helpdesk support.
- Responsible for understanding and evaluating the scope of the client’s request and as required lead requirements gathering sessions, business rules validation, development and approval of Statements of Work, and coordinating completion of pricing Levels of Effort.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment preferred.
- Ability to achieve a working knowledge of DOMA core solutions as well as functional groups such as Production, Accounting, Contracts, Quality, etc.
- Must demonstrate technical writing expertise.
- Ability to transform high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Advanced skill level using standard Microsoft Office Suite software such as MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
- Ability to develop and document repeatable processes to be used on all projects.
- Familiar with system life cycle processes and especially with all aspects of software testing to include system, integration, and regression testing as required.
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Understand Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures.
- Knowledge of legacy and web-based systems interface.

- Proven proficiency troubleshooting in SaaS environments, showcasing strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement timely solutions.
- Excellent project management skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly kinetic environment.
- Excellent communication skills: able to facilitate your own meetings as necessary, comfortable working with all levels of the organization and ability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask efficiently while still providing a high level of service.
- Must demonstrate an ability to lead and influence a diverse team of external and internal stakeholders and contributors to achieve milestones and end objectives.
- Ability to engage various stakeholders to discuss, formulate and obtain: technical inputs, business requirements, schedules, issue resolution, identification of resources, etc.
- Ability to influence collaborative relationships amongst customers, internal/external technical SMEs, and functional groups.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain proper Security Clearance for work being performed.
