Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Kronos Analyst to:
- Gather requirements, design, configure, integrate, and handle the administration of the Workforce Central suite.
- Upgrade Kronos to newer versions.
- Develop Kronos Process Manager templates and prepare test cases.
- Research emerging software technologies.
- Train end-users for Kronos.
Requirements
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field of study; 1 year of job-related experience (any title); Experience to include working with Oracle Database for developing stored procedures, Kronos Process Manager using Java/J2EE, .NET for SSRS reports, Workforce Management, and interface/integration using Workforce Integration Manager.
Travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S. is possible.
