Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Data Analyst in Doral, FL (Florida). Essential Functions:
- Financial Data Analyst will collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments and teams.
- Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- As a Financial Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Constantly self-improve, in addition to developing other members of the team and promote an environment of teamwork and high professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Math, or related field required; Master's degree in Data Analytics/Data Science preferred.
- 2+ years of preferred experience in cruise industry or hospitality focusing on operational and/or financial data analytics.
- Working knowledge of SAS, R, or similar statistical software.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate or similar robotic process automation tools.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
