Sales and Financial Reporting Analyst
This is a hybrid position - requiring 3 days in the office per week - Wednesdays + 2 other days per week are required in the office, with 2 days of your choice working remotely.
The Sales and Financial Reporting Analyst will be crucial in Glo Skin Beauty’s finance team. The role will be responsible for Glo's forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and long-term planning processes. This candidate will work cross-functionally with business partners to deliver comprehensive financials and supporting analyses to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a background in Finance, possesses strong analytical skills, and can partner effectively with all levels of stakeholders across the business
- Work with Management on preparation and presentation of annual budget and supporting documentation and provide regular reporting and analysis on actual performance versus budget;
- Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly reporting outputs, including quarterly Board Books, opening order reporting, segment financial statements, sales region performance/expense metrics, sales education departmental analysis, marketing program analysis, sales initiative analysis, etc.;
- Ongoing preparation and presentation of analysis on key company priorities and metrics, including margin analysis, field travel analytics, trade-out program analysis, customer attrition analysis, product analysis + all/core, annual account status review, etc.
- Work with Management on developing pricing programs and prepare and present comparative and profitability analyses of pricing programs;
- Work with Executive/Sales Managers to effectively set individual, regional, market, and segment targets by budgeted sales goals;
- Calculate and present sales team incentive and bonus achievement amounts, working with Controller and Payroll to coordinate accurate accruals and timely payments;
- Develop and maintain reporting templates;
- Develop and output other one-time/limited-run reports as required;
- Work with management and managers on enhancements and adjustments to systems and system architecture;
- Manage expense management system, providing necessary administrative and training support and coordinating payments and accruals with Accounting;
- Coordinate with management staff and managers;
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide relevant data/information to management;
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
- Must have strong computing skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel expertise a must), demonstrated competency in other reporting programs, an understanding and knowledge of databases, and an ability to quickly learn and utilize the company’s internal sales management system.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have exceptional analytical skills and highly developed attention to detail.
- Successful candidates must be highly motivated, willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude, and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this role is $75,000- $85,000
