About the Role
The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for leading all efforts to provide accurate and timely data, information, and analysis to business leaders. The expectation for the person in this position is to interact with all areas/departments of the company. The position is full-time, based in our global headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and reports to the Director of Finance.
What You'll Do
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and adhoc project support to senior management
- Provide forward looking insights and analysis based on mined data that will empower leaders to act
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
- Using data and information, predict future outcomes of potential strategies
- Analyze impact of current economic trends on operations
- Work with various department leaders to establish goals and align priorities across multiple operating divisions
- Execute special projects at the request of the Global Executive team
- Coordinate data analysis activities around the globe across all functions
- Support the transition of the Company’s ERP migration efforts and reinstancing of Adaptive Planning
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Data Science, Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience required
- Must have at least 3 years of previous, related experience
- Advanced MS Excel and modeling skills are essential
- Experience with SAP (our ERP system), Adaptive Planning (our FP&A tool) and/or Salesforce (our CRM system) is beneficial
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
- Collaborative by nature and effective working with others cross-functionally and around the world
- Good writing and presentation skills are required

- Sit/stand at a desk for prolonged periods, primarily sedentary work
- Communicate with others to exchange information
- Operate standard office equipment that may require repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Perform tasks that require bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying to move objects
What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $113,800-1125,500 however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
