Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
- Answer the phone with live connections
- Make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up
- Available to show homes on short notice
- Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week
- Attend all meetings and ongoing training
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications
- Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
- Super time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Closed 5 deals minimum in 24 months
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
Compensation
$100,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
