Holly Ridge Center, a non-profit neurodevelopment agency in Bremerton, WA, is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of professionals, providing early intervention services to children from ages birth to three years old.
Job Summary: Coordinates with families, staff, and insurance companies to ensure documentation is in place to bill insurance companies. Reviews, monitors, and reconciles medical billing on patient accounts. Collaborates with team members to ensure accuracy and coordination of medical billing.
Education, Training, and/or Work Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Degree from accredited college or university in related field or at least four (4) years of related experience OR equivalent combination preferred.
- Experience managing insurance contracts for billing purposes preferred.
Full benefits package includes: 22 PTO days in 1st year + 11 paid holidays | Medical = 95% company-paid | Dental, Vision, Group Life/ADD, STD and LTD = 100% company-paid. Optional = FSA, Voluntary Life, Legal, 401(k) after one year unlimited 25% match on employee contributions.
