We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join the Capital Solutions team in New York City.
The Capital Solutions group is an integral team within Aviditi Advisors. In June, it was announced that Aviditi Advisors will be acquired by Piper Sandler, representing the next chapter in the firm’s continued growth. Aviditi Advisors is a premier independent advisory firm that provides comprehensive, tailored solutions throughout an alternative investment manager’s lifecycle. A candidate would have the ability to join an entrepreneurial and growing team looking to build out a highly differentiated, private equity focused advisory platform. Aviditi Advisors operates across three core business lines: capital formation, liquidity solutions, and capital solutions. Since the firm’s inception in 2020, Aviditi has advised on over $30 billion in transaction volume.
The Capital Solutions group provides best-in-class solutions to its private equity clients’ portfolio companies. Specifically, the team partners with private equity sponsors on control buyouts to raise third-party capital. These solutions generally take the form of equity co-investment or hybrid capital (HoldCo PIK, preferred/mezzanine equity & debt) syndications. The team leverages decades of expertise in capital markets to originate, structure, and execute these transactions. Capital Solutions is led by an ex-KKR executive and is currently seeking an Analyst or Associate to assist in supporting the continued growth of the group.
Key deal execution tasks include:
- Preparing marketing materials (i.e., investor presentations, financial models, supporting due diligence materials, etc.)
- Developing investor targeting strategies
- Conducting investor outreach, including participating on investor calls and in meetings
- Facilitating investor due diligence and legal negotiation processes
Other day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Interfacing directly with private equity clients, management teams, and investors
- Assisting in the screening and due diligence on prospective new mandates
- Monitoring and interpreting key macroeconomic trends (i.e., activity in equity and debt capital markets)
- Driving internal business building initiatives, including origination and investor engagement tracking, marketing material development, investor & sponsor mapping, and team growth strategizing
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or other undergraduate degree required; business degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, transaction services, equity research, or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- FINRA SIE, 7, 63 and 79 licenses or willingness to obtain

The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $125,000 - $175,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
