The Regional Financial Controller is a key position that will support profitable business growth and operational excellence in their regions. Collaborating closely with the Regional Vice-President and other operational leaders, they will analyze results of operations, provide actionable variance analysis, and identify corrective measures needed to improve results. The Regional Financial Controllers will be instrumental in developing budgets and forecasts for their regions and assist in other reporting as needed by the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support regional objectives and long-term goals.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to guide decision-making processes.
- Financial Operations Management:
- Primary person responsible for providing financial and strategic information to the region, utilizing FieldJetx, Oracle and Power BI.
- Maintains and updates balanced scorecard for region.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations in partnership with the RVP, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger activities.
- Reviews expenses and audits results for compliance to company policies. Recommends changes to financial policies as needed to CFO.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance financial effectiveness.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the finance department.
- Stakeholder Communications:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and issues within the region.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including other regions, internal teams, and our field.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years in relevant Financial Controllership roles, including plant/division Financial Controller and/or corporate Financial Controller
- Strong experience with revenue and cost recognition in accordance with GAAP.
- Computer knowledge must include but not limited to MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must have Oracle EPM/Fusion experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Occasional light lifting of office equipment, materials, and boxes; frequent walking and standing; requires dexterity in use of fingers for the operation of computers and other office equipment. Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually quiet. All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
