Our International Mission Systems (IMS) sub-market segment plays a critical role in advancing Multi-Domain Combat Solutions, particularly through programs like the Aegis System Equipped Vessels (ASEV). This program is a priority within the IWSS Line of Business (LOB) and focuses on delivering high-performance, mission-critical systems to our international allies.
THE WORK
As a Senior Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing the financial aspects of the ASEV development program. You'll work independently, collaborating closely with the Program team to establish and maintain budget baselines, ensure accurate Estimate at Completions (EAC), and deliver key customer reports such as IPMR, CFSR, and WBS. Your role will involve detailed weekly analysis of actual costs, cost and schedule variance analysis, and the generation of customer financial reports. You'll also be responsible for reviewing funding and contract modifications, conducting staffing and manpower planning analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities to contain program cost exposures.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a detail-oriented financial analyst with a strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM). You have experience working with complex programs and are comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to identify cost exposures and make informed recommendations. You are proficient in using financial tools like SAP and COBRA, and have a solid understanding of budget baselines, EAC, and contract management.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Prior program finance experience including EVMS
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build new process / change existing process
- Detailed with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
- Experience with multiple contract types and language
- Working knowledge of EVMS principles
- Experience with cost control and risk management
Desired Skills:
- Experienced COBRA user
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with production programs
- Experience with CPIF LOE management and share lines

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
