Job Summary
The Financial Systems Analyst will provide administration, maintenance, and end-user support for the company’s Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) applications. This position will report directly to the Director – Financial Systems and will collaborate with various departments within the IT organization and Accounting to resolve system issues, as well as test and deploy software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and end-user support for the following Oracle R12 EBS financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Internet Expenses.
- Work with internal customers via MS Teams Chat and Calls to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries/issues submitted through ServiceCentral (help desk application).
- Assist with gathering data and documentation to support internal and external audit requests.
- Provide administrative support for Oracle HFM, performing and reconciling monthly data load loads; maintaining metadata; and creating and updating Financial Reports.
- Write and execute SQL queries against Oracle database to create ad hoc financial reports for end users.
- Address help desk tickets assigned to our queue, which requires working directly with internal customers to understand the issue they are facing and providing a resolution for that issue.
- Provide end user support for Oracle EBS log-in and access issues.
- Serve as functional administrator for Oracle EBS General Ledger and Internet Expenses modules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- A minimum of one year analyst experience
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion
- Experience writing SQL queries to create reports and perform ad hoc analyses
- Experience working with Oracle HFM, FDMEE, Financial Reporting and SmartView
- Experience with Oracle R12 EBS
- Strong analytical, verbal and written skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem solving abilities

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
