Hours: 40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F, Non-Exempt
Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking a qualified Care Management professional for our FRESH program. We have this specific opportunity located in:
Primary duties include providing case management and related services centered on the child-parent relationship and the re-entry/transition process to incarcerated parents and their children both within a correctional setting and in the community.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. A master’s degree in social work or related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Preference is given to individuals with North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience and/or individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
- Experience: One (1) year of experience working with individuals, families, and children involved in a correctional setting and the community.
- Additional Skills: Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including travel. Participate in and successfully complete any required training and background check provided by the NC Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC). Participate in and successfully complete virtual training for Parenting Inside Out (PIO). Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate the internet, word processing and spreadsheet applications, and basic email platforms. Bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills are a plus!
Salary: Salary Range for this position is $42,000-$45,000 commensurate with experience, medical/dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plan/401K, paid time off programs.
