RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Schiller Park, IL that is looking for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, document requirements, and ensure that proposed solutions meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements
- Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and report key business insights
- Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Project Management: Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of business analysis tasks
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects
- Testing and Validation: Assist in developing testing strategies and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - preferable, but not a must
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping
- Experience working in smart sheets, in office, dynamics 365, F&O, Oracle is a big plus
- Experience with process modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
