Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for driving world class strategic and financial planning methods, building long-range operating plans to support business initiatives and developing rolling forecasts to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness. You will be responsible for operationalizing and cultivating data-driven planning processes and improving upon monthly and quarterly reporting. What you will do:
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute plans.
- Make and supervise forecasting reports.
- Oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting.
- Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support.
- Provide monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required.
- Check performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities.
What we look for:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited university
- Experience in a rapidly growing environment/organization preferred.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience using PowerBI (intermediate skill level minimum)
- Strong people skills; comfortability working with Operations and office leaders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate team members and provide direction.
