Role: Business Systems Analyst (Blackline Administration)
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077
Duration: 4+ months (20-30 hours per week)
A global leader is looking for a contract Business System Lead Analyst (BlackLine) to play an active role in accounting and financial systems. Responsibilities will primarily include front-end analysis, requirements, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and support of applicable systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting/information system skills with a strong desire to learn. The ability to prioritize, efficiently plan work activities and be detail and results oriented is critical to the position.
Skills Required:
- Experience with BlackLine administration
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Information Systems, or related field with an accounting focus
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting, systems, and/or other relevant business experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles and financial statement presentation
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system
- Previous experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate spreadsheets, create pivot tables and summarize data from multiple sources.
