Lincoln Manufacturer is searching for an experienced accounting professional to join their team in this important position. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for Accounts Payable in a fast paced environment with over 100 invoices per week, interact with vendors, code invoices to the GL and cut checks.
- Handle Accounts Receivable including cash application, client billing and soft collections (emailing customers to remind them if an invoice is past due).
- Assist with office duties including opening the mail, backing up on the phones and other tasks as needed.
