Methodist Health System - Manager - Care Management
Methodist Celina Medical Center is seeking a Manager - Care Management.
This role will directly oversee all functions of case management and social work for Methodist Celina. This includes supporting discharge planning, facilitating our utilization review process, and supporting our efforts related to throughput and length of stay. This role will also be external facing and will create and support our relationships with our discharge and post-acute partners including but not limited to home health, DME, nursing homes, transport companies, and other related services.
Your Job Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- LMSW as licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners or RN as licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of five years of clinical practice.

Methodist Celina Medical Center is located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, and will serve as the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The four-story medical center will open with 51 beds, with plans for expansion, and will feature a range of services including cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more.
