Essential Functions for the Bookkeeper:
- The Bookkeeper will maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance accounts regularly.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Preferred Requirements for the Bookkeeper:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
