Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for Financial, Planning & Analysis of NBC Universal’s television product globally. In this role, the manager will support the preparation of greenlights and Ultimates, and revenue budgeting/forecasting across Television content. This position will report to the Director, Finance and will be responsible for working collaboratively with Production/content owners and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and update of Television ultimates and greenlights, including presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage consolidation of all Television Distribution financial planning activities (Annual Budget and Forecasts, Monthly Pacing & Close, Quarterly Volume Updates, Strategic Long-Range Plan) across multiple platforms, territories & NBCU Television product owners.
- Serve as a line of communication between television stakeholders and TVD Finance.
- Analyze show performance including providing insights into key challenging markets.
- Understand licensing and distribution agreements, assessing financial impact of deals.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support senior management decisions and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas & pivot tables), with the ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data.

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible).
