Salary: $115,000.00 per year, standard benefits included.
Duties:
- Develop and implement cross-reference BI applications to automate reporting and analysis processes utilizing Qlik Sense and other applicable BI solutions.
- Design and build dashboards to help corporate and plant team members retrieve information timely and accurately, focusing on areas including but not limited to: Cost, Safety, Claims, Crew Scheduling, Operations Performance.
- Communicate and work directly with the senior leadership team to scope problem statements, providing insightful findings and analytics to facilitate data-driven business decision making.
- Collaborate with IT while designing new reporting solutions to surface and improve existing data and reporting structure.
- Improve work efficiency and communication by utilizing the Microsoft O365 platform to reduce redundant manual tasks for direct and broader teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Analytics Engineer, or related role.
- Experience must include:
- Developing and implementing cross-reference BI applications to automate reporting and analysis processes using applicable BI tools, including Alteryx and KNIME.
- Designing, creating, and deploying multiple executive and analytical dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to enable end users to interact with data and increase productivity.
- Building data pipelines using SQL to connect a variety of databases, including Oracle, SAP, and EDW to automate data extraction.
- Performing statistical analyses utilizing R and Python to forecast and prioritize needs for business functions, including descriptive and regression analysis to help optimize inventory and price negotiation.
