POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our Finance leadership team as we deliver on our vision to become best in class. The Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for the cross-functional delivery of all financial planning, including multi-year strategic growth plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting. FP&A has primary responsibility for the review, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting of administrative expenses. You will have a complete view of the entire organization as a key contributor to reporting packages for our executive leadership team and Board of Directors. This role reports to the Head of FP&A and has significant exposure to the Chief Financial Officer and other members of the executive leadership team.

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
What You'll Do:
- Cross-functional financial analysis, including commercial sales and supply chain alignment.
- Develop broad enterprise knowledge to comprehend all downstream impacts of decisions made in one area of the business.
- Track monthly KPI's across all areas of the business, identifying areas of opportunity and proposed solutions.
- Understand and consult on company strategy and related risks and opportunities.
- Become key member of on-going ERP transformation project.
- Business Partner with IT leadership to leverage best in class technology solutions, driving efficiencies in the way we work and leveling up our ability to add value.
- Create and present executive level presentations, succinctly communicating key messages, analysis, recommendation, and alternative considerations.
- Assist in the preparation of reporting packages for our Boards of Directors.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Finance team and business partners.
- Support departmental financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, expense trending, and variance reporting and analysis.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance and the full organization.

- Comfortable communicating with executive leaders; strong track record of building business partnerships.
- Effectively communicates financial and strategic messages.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; highly accountable, takes ownership and pride in their work.
- Desire to identify process improvements and initiate action accordingly.
What You'll Need:
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership team through short term and long-term financial planning processes.
- 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, and/or financial planning and analysis experience.
- Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint, with strong financial modeling skills.
- Prior experience with Financial ERP implementation (not required but a plus).
- A bachelor's degree in finance, or business-related field.
