The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in aviation finance transactions, with additional experience in general equipment finance or maritime finance being advantageous. Familiarity with capital markets is also a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York, possess immediate transferable skills, and demonstrate a strong academic background with excellent writing abilities.
